powdercoating, or nickleplating callipers.
is this safe?...
would i have to block the bleedhole, pistonhole,and flexihole....or powdercoat as they are then clean as necessary after?

used old pistons, if your taking them apart you would get a rebuild kit anyway

daz . its a powder that is electrostatically sprayed on then it is heated up and baked on

I got the impression that if you wanted to powercoat any brake parts it had to be ceramic otherwise the powercoat would just break away from the part

powder coating would be great for this, the way the companys stop the powdercoating getting inside the bore is by taping it with fiberglass tape or is it cevlar well which ever one it is it stops the powder adhering. i think powdercoating is the nutts if i could i'd have my shell done. so it wouldnt rust ever again.
