Cheers everyone, am treading carefully  Have seen another one Black 04 plate, 18k miles, 1 owner with all the options however it's an SMG and I wasn't keen on that although having never driven an SMG I think I should give it a drive. I've found all the standard BMW nav stuff for about £600 which isn't bad, the car doesn't have HK either but seeing as this isn't a great system I could buy some Focal components all round and a nice amp. Going to look at the car next Weds..
I'll have a read up on that M2rty

I wasnt overly keen on the SMG when I was passnegered in it, seemed clunky and not that great :S

Putting the money into your business is deffo the right thing to do. Thats why I sold my Evo, couldnt justify 24k worth of car just sitting there!! Especially as I have other cars. Its not as if I was going without!!
Just have a good look around and the right motor will turn up.
Must admit tho i'm on the look out for another Evo, just something a bit cheaper

Yeah and the exact combo I want Has gay 18s though but I have some 19s lined up, so hopefully he'll come down 7-800 in price to pay for them!

I know, they are god awful. It's 26995 which isn't too bad for the car, still got 4 months warrenty left with BMW too. I'd want about 7-800 off though to go towards the 19s which are around £1k, can probably get 800 or so for the 18s as it has brand new tyres.

I'm still interested in the car without nav as it's a lot cheaper and no HK which means I can whack some Focal gear in it! Does anyone have pics of E46s with in dash screens? I don't want something that looks toooooo moddded/non factory but obviously the system will be better than the BMW one!
