ok offset will change, but it deff wont hit shock.

the extra metal that is going on Jimmy's wheels is going on the outer rim. the inside of the rim will stay in the same position so it will not be any nearer the shock absorber.
once they are widened the offset will be getting lower than et49 and nearer the lower end of the et's,
