Piss easy.
Get underneath the car and undo the two nuts holding on the positive and negative cables (8mm IIRC).
Then undo the two bolts, one holding it to the engine block and the other on the adjuster bracket (both 13mm).
Take the alternator out, and replacement is reversal of removal. Just make sure you tension the belt properly, which is easier to do from above than below.
You want the belt to be able to move about an inch between the two pullies.
