If they're 4 stud, they'll go straight on.

If they're 5 stud, you need 4x100 to 5x100 adaptors.

anything 4x100 will physically fit on the hub, but check the offset tho - unless you plan on bigger arches...

it wouldn't take that much to get ET35 on there - especially with a stretched tire...

i imagine wouldnt be big problems unless your lowering 90mm or something mate

ALL mk4s were 5 stud, mk3s were 4 stud unless it was a GTI or VR6 (and a couple of others)

The 4 stud ones are 4x100, centre bore is big enough to go on a Vauxhall hub, but the offsets are between 35 and 42 depending on the model.

5x100 isn't a problem either, but spacers tend to be 25mm, so that would make an ET35 wheel ET10, which would be an issue with standard arches (you'd need wide arches like Jimmy 2.1, not just de-bolted ones)

I wouldn't bother, I have ET49 on a 7" wide rim and it is tighter than a virgins fanny.

Rob B ran 8" wide, ET30 wheels on the back of his Corsa with no major issues.

What sort of drop though? I bet it had the german look tyres on it that make the wheel look like a fat bloke in a leotard?

This is mine on ET49, 7" rim, 205/40/17's and a 60mm drop...
