took my wheel off yesterday and noticed the inside of my tire is on the limit it was a brand new tyer not so long ago.

whats causing the inside to wear is it just my tracking?

tracking is the first thing i'd check mate I'd also have a quick check to make sure nothing is catching/rubbing it

same both sides?

nothing rubbing etc eveything it tight, is same on both sides jst the passenger side seems abit worse.

play in the wheels move them side to side, tracking, tyre pressures

Probably tracking, when I lowered mine I went through 2 yoko's in about 4-5 months cos I never got the tracking sorted

mine do this

measure the distance between front and back wheels on each side

mine are different on each side by 1"
