Hi there am new to this house day bit just had a quick look though and was just getting some sums together etc..
am 18 years old full time at college and also work sat sun mon tuesday would like to get my own apparement with a friend who works full time
i live in ipswich and i do drive (well not atm car broke but u kno) so i guess i need somewhere to park up etc
was wonderin where should i start looking for starters and what prices am i looking at dont really mind about sky but internet is a must really
go easy on me am new to this part of cs

i want the exp of my own appartment and disagreements with my family.
300-400 a month my friend is on 2k + a month i belive not 100% sure could find out if u want

all the bills will be spilt dwn the middle and he would pay a bit more if needs be also i can do some extra work no sweat

couple of my mates rent a flat together in cardiff, split of the bills is 300 each
dont forget everything else though, u'd need another 300 to live on - at least

before i even consider moving out, i want to be earning over 1k a month after tax. You don't want to rely on your mate covering most of the costs as thats just not fair. 400 a month is no where near enough imo
