had a knocking noise from the rear which I thought was wheel bearing on the way out.

can move the wheel side to side when its tightend up. put standard alloy back on using the same bolts and no problems.

Probably not done the bolts up tight enough, and they've distorted the holes in the rim. When you put the standard one on, it will bolt up securely and not have the problem any more...
