Try and sell the 13cm and 6x9's buy some 17cm components focals if affordable!!! and a JL Audio 12WO Sub for about £90 and a Pheonix Gold Amp or a New Alpine MRD Amp if you can afford one!!! Best brands, best quality for the money!!!

Tips:
Dont go to halfords = overpriced and generaly crap gear
Dont get 6x9's = ask Snowy... waste of time
Avoide Vibe = Go for Alpine / Kenwood / Rockford gear, quality

Now now no arguing..
So corb it's not worth getting the sony stuff???
It seemed like a really good deal..
I'm not buying till April so plenty time to look for good stuff. Wasn't wanting to spend
a load of cash..Not worried about being extremly load either. Just want a quality sound thats
better than just the 4 speakers...
What decent pioneer stuff is there out there at a decent price...?

Hey matey
Good choice with the JVC head unit man. I had a JVC in my previous car (not the latest model - like a 00 or 01 model - flip-down cd, colour screen, remote, BBE, 4x40W, dual gold pre-outs). They're awesome units. Not a real competition unit, but a good upgrade, general use/showy unit. Look absolutely great, that's one of the best things about them! No problems either (not in my experience).

Make sure you get an amp wiring kit from somwhere like caraudio.co.uk that can handle the power going thru it
