What gearbox is on the 1.4 8v sri?

I have a f13 box and hoping to put it in my sri if it will give better torque

Advisable?

Changing the gearbox won't alter the torque of the engine at all.

I'm pretty sure it should give better accelleration, but use higher revs on motorway.

Someone should clarify if thats wrong.

its gona be used as a rally car...which needs accelleration and not much top end. so could be usefull

i think it would still go over 100mph, use the 1.4 flywheel and clutch

might be doing the closing car if the car isnt ready

just starting of mate hopfully getting the car ready for that one
ive got a 1.4 sport got it of the bay for 300 quid
