Way that we have been playing I can understand why we'd have played for a draw, going 1-0 will have been a bonus for us.

We really moving backwards at the moment, not progressed under Andy Ritchie at all, desperatly need some new players to freshen us up. Only thing that will keep us safe this season is the fact that there are so many bad teams in out league, otherwise we'd be shagged

Player of the season so far, easily.

Great win and like Buzz said, 10 out of 12 over Christmas

United match today

Missed chances every where, Carrick was shocking all match!

Park played his little legs off all match and was my Man of Match without a doubt!

The crowd was shocking, could hear a pin drop half the time, Birmingham made more noise than us, I always get stuck sitting beside old people who don't sing

Just need an Arsenal slip up

Did you go Nath?

He got such a great wave-off, as you say, easily one of the best players this season. Andrews was really good too, really developing and getting stuck in. As I say, the best I've seen them play so far

Hope Tevez and Rooney are fit for Villa at the weekend!

No mate I was out today. It did sound convincing from the report on the Official Site. I doubted Andrew's when Newell kept using him, he didn't look up to it. Proving me wrong though

Definately, first time I've seen him really look confident out there, played a blinder despite all the shit ref decisions.

Waved off at least 3 handballs and shirt tuggings. At least he issued loads of yellows on Yeovil though, and a red

Rafa needs to go, even though I think he is a great manager Liverpool will never win the league under him.

Cups yes League no.

Would be nice hammer but we dont want the Champions league.

All liverpool fans want to like/love Rafa but tbh at the moment he is just digging his own grave!

I want to be able to sit here an say we can claw it back and we are at the same level as the utd's and arsenals but at the moment were just not!

Cosmo will prob slate me for saying all this but its true!

hes a genius if he does,

jodie, maybe we do on paper, but as it stands they just dont play as a team, to much negativaty in the play, ie always across the back line or back to reina

On a plus torres was awesome when he got the ball

Chin up cosmo, that's a shocking result

The problem is liverpool just aren't good enough, no strength in depth
