can any one help me as ive got a strong smell of petrol in the car ive changes a bit of the fuel line but i can still smell it its a corsa with a c20let in it help please

with the car started look for leaks from the fuel rail area then follow back to the tank

flow and return goes down one side of the car yes. cant miss them really blue plastic pipes

Dave B (i think it is) recently had one split in his 2.0 corsa! But it was a big leak. Can you smelll it all the time or only when its running?

I had this... The fuel lines wern't bolted onto the fuel rail correctly.

yh all the time i bolted it on to hard and broke it so i got a new one and put that one on i cn t feel any leaks when i put my hand by it when its running

I could see it. Could try running the car up and smelling round by the bulkhead etc.

ive sored out the fuel leak but ive got smell of pertol when i leave the car turned off and cum bk out later on could it b the ait vent filter polyanater i think its called
