Time to upgrade some of my hardware. Loosing the quad set up and going for a larger screen on a KVM switch.
Is it better to have a quick or slow ms speed?

small is better, but on a quality display (not a pcworld £80 job) once you get below 12-16ms you shouldn't have any issues.
The reason is a 2ms display only does 2ms on one colour change, for the most part the 'super fast' 2ms displays still average 20-30ms for most of the colour changes, same as most the slower displays do .
