Personally, probably not, no.

Although there's some lurvely examples around, I think most people wil always want to have things a certain way, and so you may as well have the satisfaction of doing things your way from the start IMO.

yep ,modding your car is the best bit ,lets face it once youve done all you wnat to do ,alot of people sell it and start new project.

noe. having seen what most people do to their cars there is no fucking way I would buy a modded car. also most people don;t have a clue about keeping the engine of a car maintained properly

Yeah proberbly. If you like the car as it is then your going to save yourself alot of money. Obviously though, your going to want to add your own touch to it

I would buy a moderately modded motor as a good base to start with. Maybe buy one with engine etc already done and do the rest myself...

Would never buy a *famous* car though, like mmnorth's or C13...

Saw a pic of mmnorths old Corsa C the other day an immediatly thought it was his even though he sold it..
