Author Loose Switches. Easy Fix?

The switches in my car seem to rattle when iv got my music on. Iv found it to be the section that pivots when you press i.e only the moving bit.

Is there any way to stop it doing this?
Can they be take apart with out breaking? So then i could put some material behind to fill the little gap?
