Depends how you quantify a World Cup success, i don't think you can let the fact Dalglish was born in Scotland give him a handicap. He won 3 European cups and 6 Premier Leagues in England.

dalglish was no doubt very succesfull and a great player


but the modern game is far more diffcult therefore i say rino's achievments are better
