got a quote to smooth my rear wiper off from my local bodyshop, they said it would be £300 to do as they would have to re-do the whole boot..

is this correct or overpriced?

no normal boot, just the wiper removing and smoothed

or yes that quote is a bit pricey

they will have to repaint the boot

would get a grommet but under the rubber is a bit of rust and not so pretty

a semi-smooth should be around £300 tbh

i cant weld nor paint properly so il mess it up. needs to be done properly.. il get a quote on a semi smooth n see if its any more..

better looking out for one already done, worth the wait for the money you will save, or grommet, looks neat enough
