whats the differances between the two that makes the se 130bhp and the ne 115 bhp just the management or any block/head changes?

Ie could i run the NE on Cav SRI MAnagement and it would be 130 bhp ?

C20NE's have lower compression pistons.

C20SEH have higher compression pistons and a different cam profile IIRC

seh runs a 10:1 compression ration much higher.
