Its also appearing as cheaper than the N95 on the O2 website?
Its a hard choice as I do like the slide of the N95 but the N82 seems to be slightly better

Thats because the N82 doesnt have 8GB of memory and youd need to buya big SD card etc to hit the same size, also the screen on an n82 is smaller

im in a similar posistion, looking at both of these fones as i can upgrade i just over a month, was going to go witht the n95 as i thought it would be cheaper (on a 30 quid contract with o2) but i guess it isnt, i prefer the look of the 95 but dont need the memory so maybe the 82 would be better? is there much differences in feature beacuse a mate has the 95 and i hope the 82 has the same features

I myself would say the N95
It has more memory, the sscreen is bigger, it looks nice.
The pro's on the N82 is the flash.
They run exactly the same software.

Yeah thats just it, with watching youtube videos and films and stuff, you want a bigger screen imo, same goes for the sat nav.
I have Opera on my N95 (orginal) and its very very good over the WiFi

what contract you at the mo doug? you with o2? i found both phones on o2 both with on o2 with 400 mins and 500 texts (which is what i get at the mo) for 30 quid a month, plus you have to pay 80 up front for the n95 and 70 for the n82, thuis was the cheapest way of doin it as uping your monthly rate didnt save you anymore money on the cost of the phone
