ok what ever i dont care bout them stupid lights all i want to know is, are them smocked black standards legal or not

and what bulb holders do i need for them?

You kinda just answered the bulb holder question yourself

if its standard lights that have been smoked then it will be the standard bulb holders

As for them being legal i anwered that on the last page

i got a sense of humour was just in a rush to find out if they were legal and i had 2 assesments at college to do so i was very rushed lol and the stress was kindov showing lol
