any one knows if i can get a stainless steel backbox but which doesnt produce any abnormal sound lol i mean it sounds like the normal corsa sound?

Go onto the powerflow website and they have a list of their places around the country. Or you could maybe try something like a Magnex box.
In theory, the bigger the box (NOT the tip) the quieter its going to be.
A lot of people assume a great chuffing jap can for instance will be really loud.

actually i m in malta thats the reason why i m not looking for a loud box cause af stupid law reasons
