we need to look at the people who go to meets! get a few ideas then map them out
save a few months for new members to have in their local area

What we need is a Boundary, then we can get a map. And then we can plot on all the places where poeple want to go for food (ie pub)
When everyones got there place on the map we can put them in some kind of order, I'd suggest alphabetically then no one can complain. Say for example there were 17 different locations people suggested that would roughly take up 2 years, clearly we'll have June's at PVS and November's at Mascrat and we should also take into account things like rolling road days and karting.
Yes we'll probably end up with 100's of locations but the hardcore CS members who go out of there way to get to meets will no where the main ones are/have been. Once we've got a good selection of locations we can pick (for example) 15 evenly spaced out locations out of the 100.
Thoughts on the above????

i think planning for the year is a good idea
but not arrange each month just have a general outline of places to go
4 or 5 definate places then that leaves shows and if new members start to turn up we can visit their local too

Is there a list of all the previous meet places??? Not including PVS etc...
If there is i'll plot them all on a map etc...

Had a look at the postcodes for NWNW,
BB, BL, CA, CH, CW, FY, IM, L, LA, LL, M, OL, PR, SK, ST, WA, WN,
Printed out a map which covered almost all of them (sorry if your not on!)
And just plotted a few of the more popular location areas. Note; not the pubs or venues, just the areas of a few places CS has been too!
Here's what I came up with, I've made them quite sparse so nobody should really have the excuse of "there's never one near me".
Feedback???
[edit] The boudary I've drawn on is the rough edge of the postcode boundary. And obviously 10 is the NWNW - Yorkshire meet. Also they aren't in any kind of numerical order thats just the order I put them on at to clarify different locations. Hope thats understandable!

Yes, I had quick look, got all the postcodes off that thread.
I've marked the places roughly on the map that look evenly spaced if you know what I mean.

The first one I went to was at chester and there was quite a big turnout and thanks to that I have been to as many as possible since.
April 06 - The Rake, Little Stanney / Cheshire Oaks, aaah the memories!!
I can even remember eating off them huge plates with horses on!
