What do you mileage wise from a full tank of petrol, around town driving, gentle driving nothing above 4kJust after some info for comparison reasons

i got 288 out of a tank in a 1.4 sport so its gotta be lower??! thats normal driving...have tried driving it hard and still get 280ish

i am getting 27-28 mpg out off my 1.2 8v at mo, think something is worng
for a 1.6 i would expect 35mpg really

on a 1.2 16v i get 250 to a full tank.
but all of it is city driving.

i get 220 from my modded 1.6 but i only let it get to 1/4 tank left then refill.

mines on 3/4's now and i seem to top it up when it gets to 1/4 left
i average around 36-38 round town in my 1.6 and tats with fuel at 103.8

mmmm my missses has a 1.6 tigra currently she has done 140 miles on half a tank not sure if that is right

Donnas ran about 280-360 depending on how she drove it.
I saw 435 on my 1.4 once. Fuel will be very similar. Get her to run it out, see how it goes.

im getting really stupid low mpg too mate in my 1.2 8v.im putting £20 almost every week and only getting around 70miles out of it if that .i went to my local garage and they said i will use quite a more petrol in the winter because of haveing the heaters on most of the time and with the price of petrol these days.
im sure there is something wrong somewhere too.i only do short journeys around the streets to work and back ect neva on long journeys

I get 250 to the tank. But my tank is 40L.
It works out to 31MPG.
