I've seen this thread in the "how to" on the Astra owners club site.

Long story short. Mine no longer has rubber in the middle. It's dead.

Do i need the rubber in the middle to use the bushes in that link?

Where can i buy the bushes that are in that link?

The powerflex bush completely replaces the standard rubber one, so you're ok if yours used to have a rubber bit, but hasn't now.

buy them from powerflex, google it.
