They hit record on there camera when the car was infront doing 82mph! No evidence on the police speeding up i would have thought. Just a few seconds on the audi doing 82mph will all that will be on the tape IMO.

Colin, i think you should advise your friend to invest in a specialist road traffic law lawyer.
Police cars that carry video recording equipment are recording at all times. This is for their own safety remember, if someone decides to attack a squad car, its all on camera.

Doesnt suprise me in the least though. Needless to say the people who mugged one of my best friends, beat up one of my other friends and burgled my gf's house are all still at large and unpunished.
