i would go for the 8v and seems you have im sure they are 82bhp and the 16v is 89 or sumit hardly anything in it

8v has the low down grunt, 16v has power top end. 8v isn't much kop above 80mph

yeh, 8v and 16v pretty much the same until about 70.
the the 8v seems to give up.
