My brothers gsi is only going into 3rd and 4th gear. now does this mean the gearbox has gone and need a new one or maybe something else has gone. The gearstick moves all over the place. any idea's. thanx

Check the black bit on the left hasn't snapped. Mine did that and i had the same problem. Lift the reverse thing and you might get 2nd and 1st.
