I am a memeber of an online freelancer form but they limit the amount of bids you can do for free each month.

How can I change my IP address so it appears different to them.

Pretty sure it is static its not my connection as such its the appartments.

tried it though a proxy brower but got the following error

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

You could try those just changeyour proxy settings in Internet Explorer

tools
options
Connections
lan settings.

It may work but worth a try.

Might still work out in the states,

Turn off your router and wait about 2 mins, turn it back on you might have a new ip

The block of apartments has a 100mb pipeline it is then shared between us all.

So I can not rebot it.

Nailed it set up a proxy server in firefox so can run that and IE at the same time,
