is it possible to get a 1.5td corsa an put a turbo from a 2.0 td on? if so would this make it much fast j/w as im thinking of gettin 1 in the next year or so

Secondly you could drop a 1.7td isuzu lump out of a cavalier/mk 3 astra and carry out the above tutorial for even more gains

its identical, the only thing you need to change over is the clutch and flywheel. You have to mount your 1.5 flywheel and clutch on the 1.7 lump

apparently you can fabricate the turbo off of a 3.0TD Isuzu trooper to fit. Some information on VXON forums... they seem to know a bit about it.

i'll just stick with the 1.5 an do what that link says to do an increse the boost as its only gonna be a car to drive around while im finishing my 2.0 sri

the 1.5td with the boost and fuel turned up went suprisingly well imo

heard of even better gains on the 1.7td

Non of this bigger turbo stuff though, not just as simple as sticking a bigger turbo and away you go is it?

probably not, probs do more damage then good now i think of it lol well 1.5 with the fuel an tht turned up will be fine as i said only gonna be a daily run around while i finish my project car

daily run around = 1.0 12v or 1.2 16v

lol love my 1/5td, do a fair few miles in it and never fails - I did knacker the big end bearing last week though they go really well for what they are. close to 124k now

another thing is it possible to get a dump valve 4 a td because i love it when u hear a car blast past then u hear the dump vavle

something like 2.2 16v or something??
