Going to be running off an amp set in tri mode 180rms for sub and 2 x 75w for these.

Also - What happens to the wire going into original door speakers do you just do nothing with that and replace it with speaker wire from amp?

Ideally run new speaker wire from the amp to the door as it will be better quality. However some people connect up the exsisting wiring as getting it through the grommets into the door is a pain to say the least



Although if you are doing it properly like you sound like you are how about some components with seperate tweeters. They would be much better

Dont mind the trouble im sure its easier than fitting comps, just need to know if it will sound better than the standard corsa speekers im running now lol

They will sound better then standard as they are simular to what i have. Just I had always wished I had got components.

Also on mine the raised built in tweeter touches the door pod grille slightly even though I trimed the plastic

hertz are ment to be very good so a have been told my mate used to work for uni car leeds hes always had focal ect and run becker head units so very clear sounding and he says 4 the money they are good stuff hope this helps focal and rainbow are very good but its upto u how much u wont to spend

Thanks mate

I was saving for an engine but i really doubt im gonna get it in and running before pv so might just splash out an audio,suspension and other stuff to make my car better.

comps are easy to fit its still only the same as running new cable for normal door speakers appart from youve only got to run one cable
