had head done on it and its running on 3 cylinders WTF?? ive checked and changed ht leads and plugs?? wht else can it b???

Could be loads of things, youve not said anything to assume its a sparking problem.

It could lie in the fueling side of things, blocked injector, injector wires broke.

Could be a compression problem, bent valve, head gasket gone.

You need to do some more investigating to find what its not doing on that cylinder that isnt firing.

Check for spark across all plugs, check that fuel is getting into all cylinders and check the compression. At least then you will know where the problem is an from there solving it is much easier.
