Basically I started to strip the old bumper paint off my arches as it had started to peel; I ended up jet washing it off. However now I have come to taking them off to paint I can't get them off. I have removed all the screws but there seems to be something else holding it on, do I need to remove my back bumper or my rear lights to get access to the last bolt?

I've circled roughly were there is something still holding it on.

The thing is I can't feel or see anything under the arches, but there is defiantly something holding it on as I can see it when I pull on the arch. Is it behind the rear light?

its just a clip, you wont be able to see anything from inside the arch as it clips onto your bumper

just give it a tug
