are corsa sri 1.4 8v mpi ecus different to the astra 1.4 8v mpi

Early corsa sri
Nova sri
Mk3 astra
are 1.4 8v mpi
but not 100% if the ecu is interchangable
cant see why not though

wat it is iv changed my engine over and the man who i had the engine off sent me the wrong ecu ,so iv got hold of a astra 1.4 8v mpi ecu ,it starts but cuts out after 3 secs .im avin a ecu off beirans car saturday
