I am actually amazed by Chelsea's position, really didnt think they'd be so high up there. United and Arsenal dont surprise me considering their stadiums - and just shows how deserately we need to move into our new one.

TBH if it took all that into account then that League would look totally different

Well if it went of profit then Chelsea wouldnt be in the top 1000 with the amount of losses they make. And if it was debt then Arsenal and United wouldnt be up there.

Deloittes release them every year, not sure how the get them though but they are a reputable firm so should be fairly accurate.
Would like to see a breakdown of your revenue, as thats a huge figure considering the size of your stadium.

In Chelsea's case the old saying 'money goes to money' goes it seems.

Also it makes for pleasant reading for our lot. The only team outwith the top 5 European leagues to feature amazing achievement considering the value of media rights in Scotland

Thought you'd like it
Towards the back they estimate that if we build a 61,000 seater stadium our revenues should increase by atleast 55-60m EURO, which would put us around Arsenals total there. But considering we are going for atleast a 70k seater I should hope we can push into the top 5 within the next 5yrs.

We'll be out the list next year unless we win the Champions League just about! We can't compete with media revenue in any of the top 5 leagues
It appears Chelsea's ticket extortion has them in 4th, 14th highest average league attendance and the 3rd highest match day revenue!

Yeah, I had figured as much but that confirmed it. Is interesting to compare the top 4 English clubs actually with that breakdown they give...
Manchester United
Match Day: £92.5m
Broadcasting: £61.5m
Commercial: £58.1m
Chelsea
Match Day: £74.5m
Broadcasting: £59.6m
Commercial: £56.4m
Arsenal
Match Day: £90.6m
Broadcasting: £44.3m
Commercial: £42.7m
Liverpool
Match Day: £38.4m
Broadcasting: £52.2m
Commercial: £43.3m

That is strange, Chelsea's commercial is surely down to extortion as well? There's no chance they have a bigger spending support than Liverpool?
Madrid's makes for weird reading as well, there commercial income absolutely dwarves their match day revenue. If they had some genuine fans that went to games they'd romp the list every year!

Chelsea have gone a similar route to United in the fact they have a sponsor for EVERYTHING. Where as we keep ours fairly low key at the moment and even our deal with Carlsberg isnt a huge one (I think a lot of clubs outside of the 'top 4' have bigger deals!)

Its also interesting with the fact that the Spanish clubs (not sure about Italian and German?) all negotiate their own broadcasting deals so get a lot more compared to the English clubs.
I think if it wasnt a blanket deal over here in the Prem that the Top 4 would be demanding massive figures - well above those in Spain - and probably make up all of the top 4 on that list.
