Doing alot of heavy lifting and moving at work at the moment and finding my finger joints are really sore possibly from over stretching them also sore muscles,,, wats the best way to quick heal the sore muscles a warm soak in the bath?

If its something your not used to then give your body time to get used to it.

I'm not going to recommend any sort of supplement etc to take as you don't need it.

wish i had the energy for that hammer TBH

been off work since mid november with injuries n that, and this is me just back 2 work, not fully use 2 the hardwork n shit but i suppose it will get better with time
