well as it says i'm gonna give it a go myself having tinkered with a few engines in my time but never full biult one in my puff 
just realy wanting to know exactly what i'll need to rebiuld the full engine??
or if anyone knows of a link explaining everything 
also i'm gonna be putting weber twin 40's on it if that help's

if your going to do a full rebuild it depends on engine state and your money.
Personaly would do for a full rebuild
New head gasket set(head gasket, cam seals, valve oil seals, cam cover gasket, inlet upper and lower gasket's, exhaust manifold gasket, throttle body gasket, egr gasket "optional egr blank off plate"
Cam belt kit (cam belt, rollers, tensioner)
Injectors ultra sonic cleaned
Re cut all valves
New crank main bearings
Hone
Crank sent away with pistons, rods and front pulley to get ballanced
New big end bearings
New gudgin pins
Front and rear main's
New drive belt,
Thats a bit of a list to think of, but im on my phone right now and cant remember anything else, will add later

excatly, but 17bhp more as standard. And the extra torque.
£220 comes with EVERYTHING
