Purchased this little beauty off ebay last week, and what can a say.. its a complete shed..... and i love it
Its been previously owned by captain kirk, completing 150000 miles
Heres a few pics off the ebay add.
Got her home and got it mot'd on the monday, needed a whole brake light bulb. But got advisories on corrosion on the underside which i need to sort asap.
Decided that i cant be bothered with a full restoration type project, so its going to go a kind of rat look way, but not so ratty if that make sense.
Out came a roller and blackboard paint, and the t-cut. i also removed the rear wiper as the wiring to it was shocking, plus the weight of the motor made it impossible to keep the boot open
Also fixed the drivers electric window which didnt open or close properly, nothing a little wd40 couldnt sort
anyways, pics from today..

Neither leccy mirrors work or adjust
Both mirrors flop around like saggy tits
water leaks
80% of the heater element strips in the rear window are broke
Passenger door does not unlock with key
drivers door does not lock with key

Overall plans involve clean up the underside (new bushes welding etc etc etc)
Possible steering rack conversion
13b N/A or turbo if im lucky
15's
serious slamage
some sort of front end bodywork to match the sideskirts etc
stickers and ally plate over the rust holes
