im about ten and 3 quater stone and no carrying much body fat at all
ive been training quiet hard for the last 3 months, doing three days a week at the gym, monday, tuesday and saturday morning, then im playing football wednesday, thursday and sunday morning, and im starting to see some good gains althought i know playing football alot is cutting down bulking up
i havnt the time so make myself 5/6 meals a day, but my typical diet for a day is below:
9am - an oat so simple or bowl of oats with skimmed milk
12am - large tuna sandwich on wholemeal bread with salad from the sandwich shop
3pm - orange and an apple or banana
5pm - tin of tuna (i find it really tasty on it own) or chicken sandiwch again on wholemeal bread
8pm - tuna or chicken pasta / or chicken with boiled rice, peppers and onions
i was on maximuscle promax but finished the tub about 4 weeks ago, since finishing it ive found im (only slightly) not progressing as fast and recovering as fast
so im looking for a supplement thats going to just up my protein intake before and after the gym? can anyone suggest a good one to take by experience?

from experience check out optimum nutrition whey protein on www.monstersupplements.com, that worked quite well for me. But im just starting to try out CNP products which are far more expensive but supposed to be better. So far ive only used their glutamine product which was very good

I also have Optimum Nutrition Whey. Good quality and tastes great
Add a shake with your breakfast and 3pm meals (and possibly pre-bed)(the meals that are currently lacking protein content) and your diet will be pretty good

What your eating at the moment isnt bad mind. Its infact much like my own diet. I'd throw some eggs in there for the morning though. Each egg has about 6g of protein
Im going to try...

http://www.myprotein.co.uk/ There products are basically the same as Maximuscle but alot cheaper, used both for about 2 months each and they were both as good as each other. Got a Nutrisport 5kg at the moment its quite good and cheao (seen it abit on ebay) but iv got chocolate and it tastes discusting.
