Yeah, El Zhar wont make it either though TBH along with his size, he has the fact we have Alonso, Gerrard, Sissoko, Mascherano and Lucas in the CM that he has to get ahead of

He is hit and miss though. Have seen him play for the reserves a load of times now and never really stands out as being someone who will break through into the first team. Hobbs and Leto however

Unsure on leto, looks like he has potential but when seen him for first team he's only looked interested in spells tbh.

Im going to guess at British, but considering that we all have seperate leagues and national sides it could well be done seperately too.
