I reset Mums new A-Class Service reminder . Fucking hell it wouldnt let you forget a service is due. I mean, my Ibiza, if you wernt looking you could understand you could miss it, but bloody hell, this merc, every screen told you it wanted a service!

So I spent a while looking through benz world and found nothing expect "Take it to merc mate, they only charge £60 to remove the notice". So I went outside tonight, owners manual in hand (which had nothing except very vauge details on how to access a service menu) and cracked it.

In case anyone needs to know:

On the display, go to the screen which contains the total milage. Press the down arrow until you see the "Service Due/Overdue" notice. Press and hold the mile reset button on the dash. Then press the "-" key to go to "Confirmation" on the newly diplayed service menu. Confirm the full service and come out of the service menu. Then go back in to the service menu (Highlight "Service data unavaible", press and hold reset), let it caculate and then turn the ignition off. And tada! GONE

Sorry, but Im quite proud of this
