Is it just bolts to get in on and off or is there other stuff that needs to be done?

can it just be done with a socket set and axle stands?

Just bolts.
Replace the gasket(s) too

Yeah, can easily be done diy, as long as the bolts aren't rusted to fook.

did everything, then my down pipe to cat bolt decidedit wasnt going to do up.

so now i only have one bolt in it and its blowing like a bitch! the thread has gone on either the bolt or where it bolts into, any way around this?

what can i do to get the thread back on either the bolt or where it goes in?

They should have them in stock, Ive never had a problem getting them here. The threads in my downpipe stripped once and I just drilled the hole out a bit and used a normal nut and bolt with the spring

i got two bolts from vaux and still have the problem, so it must be the downpipe that has lost the thread.

need to drill through and use a nut and bolt now

just need to find some nuts and bolts big enough

i had to use nuts and bolts for both of them aswell. At least you know its not guna blow now.
