hi are 1.28v and 1.48v cylinder heads the same? i want to fit a 1.2 head on my 1.4 because mine is bolloxed! any suggestions? its a spi engine with a distributor btw!

The combustion chamber size is diffewrent.

what is the easiest way to check the head for warping?

if it's blowing head gaskets all the time just get a machine shop to skim it flat again or scrappies but you can't be sure their's is flat too.
