my council tax is band E i think, which i consider high, i get a bin collection once every two weeks and once made a 999 call and it took them 45 mins to turn up council buggered up my bill last year after i moved house 3 times and then lumbered me with a £900 court summons, i never recieved a pre-summons or late payment letters as they sent it to the wrong address
