The sub should have a mono (1 channel) amp of its own, Ive tried reading up about your sub and I cant find any of the parameters for it so Id be suprised if it will handle 700RMS (yes i know thats what they quote it as)
As for the others its a case of how much you want to spend, the 6x9s would definetly benefit from being amplified but you could run the fronts from the head unit, you would need a 2 channel amp as well as the mono one if you wanted to do it this way
Ideally though it would sound best if everything was amplified, you would need a mono amp for the sub and either a 4 channel amp or two 2 channels amps
