After fitting the xe into my corsa i went to fit the powercap but it doesn't fit on. It hits the bulk head at the back before I can get the holes to line up. Is this the case for the corsa and do I now have to modify the bulk head for it to fit or is it the start of something more sinister like my engine is not mounted properly or it needs to be moved slightly?
Any help with this would be great!
Mitchell.

There is no need to cut the bulkhead
Just fit an Ecotec pipe which will cost you about a fiver and an adapter to bolt it onto the throttle body. Give gives you more torque than the power cap as well
