Hi all,
Got a "SPY" car alarm system.
Went over quite a vicious speed bump saturday night (slow) but was enough to shake the car and the alarm system beeped 3 times, then approx 10 seconds later beeped 2 times, thought nothing of it as i was driving at the time and car was still going.
But went to lock&arm it through remote central locking, the doors lock but the alarm doesn't arm!!
So took it to a car electrics place, highly recommended in our area, and he said after half of today inspecting it that the master switch that controls the on/off of the alarm and reset switch has disintergrated.......
So if i could get a replacement switch would that solve the problem?
