I dont go to the gym, but my routine is as follows

Monda - Squash for an hour
Tuesday - Excercise bike
Wednesday - (Used to have football) Excercise Bike
Thursday - 5 a side
Friday - 5 a side
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Sunday league footy

Wanting to add sopme weights/circuit into there as im trying to get fit/loose weight.

Am alot fitter now doing this tho and weight is coming off (have also sorted my diet)

I've been going to the gym for about 2 1/2 years now. But have only really noticed big gains over the past 6 months as I have now sorted out my diet. It's true the key to building muscle is the diet!
