Right basically I have a little issue with them...
I was told I could have
LG Viewty (Black)
Vodafone
750 mins
3000 texts
£40 per month
£150 cashback
The first day I went in they didn't have the black viewty in stock, so I went back a couple of days later....
[this was at the Bath store which is about 12 miles away from my house]
They said they would give me the silver one for now (which I was ok with) and when they get one sent over they will let me know so I could make an exchange!
Anyway Scanned the silver viewty onto their system and for some reason it wouldn't scan 
So they gave me a substitute phone (Nokia 6500 Classic) for the time being and told me that I have to go to a different store (which is closer to me)
and then explain that I don't want it and would like the viewty instead...
So I phone the other store beforehand making sure that they have the black and viewty (which they did)
and he asked where did I get the phone from? (So I explained I got it from the bath store) He told me I have to go to that store to get it sorted.... because it looks shit on their system or something (even though the manager at the bath store said it would be fine )
So I phoned up the bath store (to explain) and he said "It's fine mate I'll get authorisation, you can get it sorted over there"
I mean ffs it's the same company just a different branch!!!!!!! 
I don't particularly want to be paying £40 a month for a Nokia 6500 classic  (sorry but its shit in comparison to the viewty)
Im going to the other store on monday to hopefully get the phone I originally want!!!

The missus works at carphone warehouse, and they are the same.
If the shop 20miles away sells a phone, then brings it bk to her store for cancellation (as u can cancel with there insurance 1/2 way through contract), it goes against there connections for the week, meaning they have to get an extra one to meet targets. Bloody stupid imo

A mate of mine is manager at one of these now I think. Good enough reason never to buy a phone from them TBH.

I had an LG Viewty from Phones 4U, sent it back within the first 7days as I didn't like it and said I wanted a new phone. They had to disconnect that one and set up another contract. Low and behold 30 days later a nice bill landed from Vodaphone for the first one and Phones 4U don't want to know despite being told that I wouldn't be charged!!
I'm tempted to cancel my DD and make them do some leg work?! Bastards!
