Basically im currently doing a c20xe conversion into my vauxhall corsa. Everything else seems to be fine apart from the exhaust issues. I can't find a second hand or even a brand new off the shelf 2.0 corsa exahust system.
I am looking to get a full system made up custom to my corsa but its just how can i get the standard exhaust to fit just for now while i drive it to an exhaust place ?
Or where (if anywhere) sells off the shelf corsa 2.0 systems?

you could buy a c20xe manifold like 2.25 from ashley or somewhere and buy a corsa 2.25 system backwards.
will probs have to weld a flange on and fit your own lambda but will fit.
is what im doing with the nova

Could do, im sure there was an off the shelf 2.0 corsa exhaust kit somewhere. I just can't find it.

Custom is probably the best way to go about it mate.

Yeah i deffo want one custom made. Just wondered how i would get it there. lol.
Looks like i will just get it trailered to somewhere and then sorted properly.
Any good places around north wales, chster area to get a good system made?
Chester exhaust systems it quite close to me, any one else had any work done there?
What size bore do i need? 2.25 ?

demon tweeks in wrexham would be ur best bet 4 custom system. they do them whilst u wait.

Chris astley does a manifold specifically for a Nova with an XE, then I'm sure its just a case of joining a standard system up to it?

2" is min, that's qhat the outlet on the manifold is, and what they came with as standard...
2.25/2.5 is much better though
