That should do it smaller in the right corner doug. If you want the image to be bigger, just change the width + height values... but keep it in ratio.

I did it. Wrote a simple page with an img tag in it which stored the image put up by the webcam. Then put in an auto refresh thingie and set it to refresh every 60 secs or something. Saved the page and set it as my desktop background...
